1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Zen's code editor and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Zen's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Zen
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content

In no event shall Zen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
